Project Management Professional Training (PMP)
Introduction and Context

In the advent of workplace disruptions and accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic, organizations need to rethink their organizational effectiveness in order to cope with the post pandemic disillusions. The Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Body of Knowledge is an assembly of a comprehensive set of topics and subject matters that are intended to be representations of the universally and commonly accepted, minimum competencies and core proficiencies requisite of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts. This is a 3 day workshop.
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification will be aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma and have interest or need to develop foundational knowledge. Yellow Belts can be employees who seek to improve their world or executive champions who require an overview of Six Sigma and DMAIC. This certification will adopt the approach of advancing the concept and potential of using Six Sigma tools and methodologies within an organization.
