Course Overview

Monitoring and Evaluation is an essential tool of programme management. Adopting a monitoring and evaluation practice changes an organizations’ focus from what-it-is-doing, to what-it wants-to-achieve, through tracking of changes registered in the project using predefined indicators of achievement. Besides, Accountability and Learning have become a vital component of modern programming; thereby compelling managers to become more conscious of  their actions, and responsive to stakeholders’ expectations.

It is even more challenging for upcoming organizations. This means that a competitive and professionally designed proposal must precede the reviewer’s date of opening the proposals for funding
